I love Microsoft Ads. I love them even more when they pretend to be real and not TOTALLY staged. Take this recent one with Lauren (shockingly her real name) and her quest for a cheap laptop. It looks all legit and such but CrunchGear got the scoop on what was really going on; Microsoft Non-Disclosure Agreement and all. This is a brilliant article you have to read, and laugh aloud at yet another attempt (albeit a failed attempt) by Microsoft to look genuine. Bravo CrunchGear!

I don’t see what’s funny or ironic about this. It’s a TV commercial. Guess what? They’re ALL actors.
Oh, and PCs are in fact much cheaper than Apple computers.
