TechCrunch Unleashes Hell on PR Firms

Welcome to Hell

The auto industry may be a little insane right now, but even during these tough times it doesn’t compare to the flames engulfing the electronic super-highway that is the Internet today.   Never afraid to pull punches and tell people how it is, TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington has opened a can of whoop ass on PR firms and the firestorm has begun on both sides of the fence.  It’s even gone so far as to have a ripple effect on Robert Scoble (he says he’s getting calls from PR people regarding the story), another giant in the tech world.  Scoble started a discussion about it over on Friendfeed and the comments are crazy to say the least.  If you’re at all interst in tech news, this is one story you don’t want to miss.  Oh, and I happen to agree with Arrington and applaud his actions.  Way to go, TechCrunch!
