Transformers: ROTF – Roll out…the Chevy cars

Yup, more Transformers news.  CrunchGear is reporting that Chevy rolled out its complete lineup of cars to appear in the sequel to Transformers.  There was a lot of fuss made about the first film not having the exact cars from the original series.  Fine, it bothered me a little that Jazz was a Solstice and not a 911 Porsche.  However, Bay was able to save significant coin by standardizing on a fleet of cars from Chevy which is a perfect budgetary consideration to make.  Moreover, only Bay could have delivered on the military vehicles used for the Deceptions.  None of that made me like the movie any more, but credit to him for making sound business decisions, even if his film looked like a car commercial.  The video below highlights the cars you’ll see in this summer’s film:
